Bethany is a writer, blogger, activist, and YouTuber from the UK. She went vegan in 2015 and became an activist a year later, taking part in various demonstrations and outreach events. On her blog, Little Green Seedling, she writes about everything from animal rights and vegan food to sustainability and spirituality. She has also given talks about the environmental impact of animal agriculture at various vegan events.
Along with her partner, also a longtime vegan activist, she has a YouTube channel called Love & Lentils. Their videos aim to make veganism more accessible and inspire others to live more compassionate, sustainable lives.
