Invitations
Wool
This is an invitation to User:Bethany.Chester to write an article on Wool for 8 cents USD per accepted word. The assignment is subject to the terms specified here. An estimate of the number of words in the completed article is from 2,000 to 3,000. Expected completion date is on or before September 17, 2019.
The article should cover topics useful for animal rights and vegan advocacy, including but not limited to:
- general information about wool production and the wool industry
- harms to sheep that are associated with wool
- certification programs and countering claims that animals are not harmed (example: RWS—Responsible Wool Standard)
- investigations into treatment, undercover or otherwise, preferably at facilities associated with humane claims.
