Hi Isaac:
You have full rights to create and edit pages—no need to go through me. And I encourage you to do so if you see anything that can be improved. I can always go to the Recent Changes page or the page itself and revert edits, and so can you. You can edit the entire page or any small section of the page where there's a header.
I plan to open up editing to self-registered, email-confirmed users after I get the anti-spam extensions and the revision approval system configured. Even after that, you will still retain full permissions.
There’s even a small possibility of opening it to anonymous users as does Wikipedia, if the approval and spam controls prove strong enough. Perhaps we could try it for a while and see what happens.
I went with a Jane.Doe format for email names because of some anomalies that otherwise manifest. Also, you might see another user in the logs with your name misspelled. MediaWiki won't let you delete a user easily, so I blocked the other name to make sure nobody used it.
I have over 400 edits under the name Gregfuller that you will notice in the page history. I just created Greg.Fuller for consistency and will start using that.
I hope to have the more user-friendly Visual Editor working soon. It requires a node.js dependent server to run, so it's not a flip-the-switch deal. The markup notation is so easy to learn and use that I may end up not even using it myself.
Let me know what you think.
P.S. Please change your password via the Preferences link at the top left of the screen. And feel free to delete this text—it is your page after all.
