Usage Put this template at the start of every page. I will be used for special messages as required. After conversion, most of the time it will be empty. You can use the ''redflag'' class to make the text red. Example: <div class="jfastart jfaredflag">| This site is under construction. More [[Wiki Announcement|here]].</div>
