Degree of Moral Consideration
Baseline degree of moral consideration or worth: A level sufficient not to harmfully exploited, where deprivation of life and liberty is enough.
Possible Criteria for a any degree of moral consideration

- Natural Lifespan. The longer an individual lives, the more opportunity for happiness and fullfillment.
- The 400 Year Old Greenland Shark[1]
- Clams have been known to live 500 years
- Tortoises over 200 years, the longest terresterial animal
- Individuals of one species of jellyfish can be immortal; Instead of dying, they revert to an earlier stage in their lifecycle.
